Gerlach Resort offers a place for living or recreation in a wonderful environment with a beautiful view of the Tatras. The exceptional complex of apartment buildings is going to be located in a recreational area, together with a 4 star hotel in the northwestern part of the village of Gerlachov. The resort is in harmony with local architecture, combining original architectural solutions and modern materials. The project consists of three construction stages. The first and second phases of the project will consist of work on the residential buildings themselves. The third phase will focus primarily on the construction of civic amenities (such as sports fields, wellness, playground, restaurant, or café).
